Prenatal Yoga

This 5-week series is designed for expectant mothers to stay in shape through gentle yoga postures which will allow you to stretch safely, while keeping your body toned while relieving unwanted discomforts. You will learn some breathing techniques (pranayama) that may assist you during your labor. What a great way to incorporate your growing bodies with your unborn babies. Once you attend and complete 5 weeks, you may continue to join the studio and attend other classes as well as another 5-week series. Pre-registration is required to attend this series. This class is limited to 8 students.

Tiny Tots (Mommy & Me)

This 5 week series is designed to help new moms take back their bodies, build strength and flexibility while learning some “Tiny Yoga” for their babies. This will allow you to connect with your new little one as well as other new moms (we all could use the support). This class is for babies 6 weeks to crawling. Pre-registration is required to attend this series. This class is limited to 6 mommies and 6 babies. 

Class Fee: $70.00 / 5-week series

**If you miss the first class but would still like to join – please call me to see if there is room to attend, we may be able to get you in!!! 

Policies:

  • Missed prenatal classes may be made up in any other prenatal class series offered.  Unused classes will NOT be carried over to another pregnancy.
  • Missed  Tiny Yoga Classes (Mommy & Me) may be made up in the any of the series offered in the calendar year. 
  • NOTE:  With the exception of bedrest accompanied by a doctor's note, iYoga, Inc. cannot issue any credits for unused or missed classes as a result of scheduling conflicts, illness, weather, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.

REMEMBER…
Wear comfortable clothing (i.e. shorts, t-shirts, tights, yoga pants etc.). Prenatal students should eat something light approximately one hour before class. Mats and props are provided. If you would like to use your own personal mat, feel free to bring it along. If you do not have one and would want one, we have them to sell to you.
