Prenatal YogaThis 5-week series is designed for expectant mothers to stay in shape through gentle yoga postures which will allow you to stretch safely, while keeping your body toned while relieving unwanted discomforts. You will learn some breathing techniques (pranayama) that may assist you during your labor. What a great way to incorporate your growing bodies with your unborn babies. Once you attend and complete 5 weeks, you may continue to join the studio and attend other classes as well as another 5-week series. Pre-registration is required to attend this series. Tiny Tots (Mommy & Me)This 5 week series is designed to help new moms take back their bodies, build strength and flexibility while learning some “Tiny Yoga” for their babies. This will allow you to connect with your new little one as well as other new moms (we all could use the support). This class is for babies 6 weeks to crawling. Pre-registration is required to attend this series. This class is limited to 6 mommies and 6 babies.
